I’d like to use this post as a forum to discuss the uselessness of dress up bolts. Have you or would you buy them? Personally, I feel like they are absolutely pointless and I’ll point out that I do like powerless mods that make a (subtle) statement but being that bolts are so small it seems like an unjust waste of money. Maybe they look better in person? What’s your take on the situation? At $200+ for some applications I’m eager to see where the value is coming from with these. I’m looking to be sold.

In both of your examples the bolts do not add enough to either bay to justify the cost.
Type of piddly shit people put on mods lists to win shows.
they do stand out but in a bad way they take away the clean from the engine bay kinda flashy in a bad way. Just rock the stocks.
Companies that make those charge stupid high prices, but I’d rock ‘em. I’m sick and tired of my crappy plastic tabs breaking all the time. When I paint my car, I’m thinking I’ll replace everything with a set of actual, decent bolts, but not in super blingy colors.
I like Grade 12 bolts. They last longer. I also like plated bolts, since it takes them longer to rust. But I can buy all these things at McMaster-carr and don’t need to go buying specialized kits of mixed-grade bolts.
Bolts are fasteners, not accessories. Kids need to get that straight, apparently.
