Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the 12th* annual Sport Compact Fall Nationals and it was as if someone from above blessed us with beautiful weather and cars all in the same. Being presently at nearly 25 car shows, meets and, my favorite, BBQs this year, I had some of the highest expectations for this event as I’ve listened for weeks to others express their excitement for this years FNs and communicate their previous experiences.
Typical of any drive through NYC, we persevered though near-stop traffic until we entered New Jersey, home of Englishtown Raceway. Pleased with our progress, we opted to dine at 5 Brothers Burgers, “heaven on a bun” :drool: ,instead of munching on a hockey puck burger or luke warm hot dog at the track.
Stuffed and happy, I jumped out of the car prepared to deliver the interweb a taste of what the North East has to offer with the likes of Sol Fresh and CANIBEAT crews in our presence.
