New Perspective: Chris Amodei’s S2000
Chris Amodei’s photography challenges the abilities of many published photographers but his automotive lifestyle runs far beyond the lens. Working in the industry and attending any and every meet within reason, you may have already seen his ebony S scattered across the forums or on his own personal flick’r. Having met up with him the other day after work, I made a small effort to at least be on par with his shoots.

Supra Appreciation
Last weekend’s Supra turn out at Street Wars 7 impressed all who were present. Inspired by the unbelievable display of community, one wouldn’t have a hard time imagining why these owners have such a connection with each other. High horsepower, elegance, legacy, you pick.

I Feel Like Flying
The Sc300/Sc400/Soarer has always charmed me in a very special way. Sharing many qualities with the famed Supra, the close cousin is often that middle ground or heavy hitting performer with a ton of poise. Tuning to me is a balance between function and form, too much of either is unrealistic when the candidate has double duty.

Kenny’s Evo 9
Our friend Kenny Miller was doing another friend a favor by picking up their coil-overs from a local performance shop. Continuing with the random acts of kindness, Matt suggested that I make myself useful by shooting Kenny’s Evo 9, I think because we spoiled his Labor Day BBQ by bringing the Ices. With respect to the fact that he got some fresh RPF-1s and because he’s a generally good guy, I pulled myself out of the Thursday mode and went to work.
