Vacation
This past weekend I had the luxury of taking a short 3 day cruise to the Bahamas with the family.. After returning we met up with some family in Coral Springs, Florida.. I then get a message from Sheldon saying he lives 10 minutes away.. This lead to us meeting up and me snapping a few photos of his nicely put together AP1… Enjoy!

The Project Car
Having just passed my friend Sean in his “commuter” EF Civic of which he’s repainting habanero red and swapping in a b16A motor, O and might I add he just bought coil-overs for the thing, it brought to concern why someone would invest so much time into what some individuals would identify as “junk”, if you will. Having met Sean when he owned a 550+HP Suzuka Blue S2000 and seen him tinker around with a relatively fast Evolution 9, it boggled my mind as to why he’d pursue a car that in comparison to his previous toys is of NO comparison whatsoever, in any respect. For some it maybe the car that they’ve always had interest in as a child but knowing Sean and how old he is suggests otherwise. Idle hands? Quick flip? Boredom? Who knows but when I take on a new perspective and reflect upon my S2000 I guess the same could be said if you were mister money bags. :shurgs:
Is the phase “economy sports car” an oxymoron only to be realized with more money?

You Can Get With This or You Can Get With That
Sergey and Miss S2K are no strangers to the internet as both of them are overnight sensations. As a couple bound not only by their affection towards each other but also by tuning it appears that their is a glimmer of hope in the World. With an MR2 as such and an S2000 that would snap the neck of any on looker it’s hard to imagine who caught whose attention first.

MR(-2) Right
The MR2′s layout was always admired by myself and enthusiast alike. Something about the drivetrain really sparked my curiosity and it’s performance, well the turbo versions at least, is a real treat. Taking it upon himself to expose the true potential of Toyota’s MR2 exterior, Sergey raises the bar very, very high for all future midships. :applause:

Redrum: Accord and Civic
Small>Average>NICE!
If you haven’t seen this pair of Hondas yet enjoy. The Accord coupe and Civic sedan do the slacking moniker justice in the FF department. We can only hope that Honda goes away from the wet noodle economy hybrid cars. Would it be too much to ask for the HSV-10 to go into production?

Worked Up Z4M
Work wheels are a house hold name amongst JDM wheel aficionados but few German enthusiasts are willing to dish out the big bucks and risk being outcast by their peers. Acting without hesitation, Thatcher, shocks and awes with his Z4M’s impressive wheel set up, Work Meister SP1′s.

Mission Accomplished: 350z Coilovers Installed
Few things are more rewarding than modifying your car and not running into any complications. Actually that’s not true, I could easily list a few things that are more rewarding but that’s besides the point… Having covered my brothers 350z purchase and other related discussions, I’m proud to announce he finally pulled the trigger and started collecting parts. Beginning with coilovers (d2),Work Meister S1 3piece (18×10 and 18×12) and not ending with tires. Coilovers installed next is to stretch these tires on

Something Different: Worked Taco
A little something different to cap off the evening. It’s not everyday that you see a Toyota Tacoma in this fashion. Recaro speeds, side exit exhaust and work meister 3piece wheels help this Taco stand out among the crowd.

Wek’Fest 2011 part 1
part 1
Traveling with good company makes all the difference in the World and last weekend wouldn’t be the first testament to that statement. To California and back in one weekend we traveled, East to West, West to East, by plane, train and taxi cab we went. Landing in San Francisco International Friday, we were immediately demoralized by the misfortunate weather but the emotion faded quickly as the weekend promised clear weather for the day of Wek’Fest.
FRENCH
The city hinted towards Wek’Fest with spurts of tuner cars driving about.
Twice we ate at this 50′s inspired diner… The malted shakes and root beer floats did work
We waited hours on this line even after we arrived a half hour early.
But the lot was filled with dime pieces like this RX7
Traffic also filled the hours with some entertainment
Spilner made clear that he hated that Spoon bumper, I’m a fan obviously. Function and form baby ooo oooo!
This S2000 was one of the most comprehensive s2000s I’ve ever laid eyes upon
Euros were present to say the least. This E46 was perfect.
Timeless
I can’t help but be attracted to the RX7. With looks far beyond it’s time, the rotary driven Mazda has a charming presence at any event.

Why So Serious?
The New Year began with a kiss and a toast, classic you might say but “if it ain’t broken why fix it.” Rarely taking this nonchalant approach to things I found it most entertaining to see a pending comment first thing New Years Day expressing someone’s unhappiness with Brian’s SAABaru and Ivy League East. Blown away that some miserable soul would begin their New Year with an unconventional sip of haterade, a thought crossed my mind. How disappointed must this person be to find that after attempting to have their malicious comment displayed it was “pending approval” by none other than yours truly. A joyous chuckle of pleasure and contentment consumed me as something as simple as a “pending approval” message would defend against the anonymous hate of the internet. Beginning the new year with something classic and always appealing a pair of RauhWelt 964 Porsches in red and some chicks.

I Need Another!!!
I’m back on my S2000 phase again. And looking all over S2ki, I can’t help but to go into the classifides section and look for a new one..

Broken Neck!
Given the circumstances I am posting this broke neck photo of Leng’s Ap2 s2000. ASM front bumper paired with the uber JDM lip and Work Meister S1 wheels, is there really anything else you could ask for? Yes, some better photos

Golden Girls
I hate to jump on the band wagon but in reference to exteriors wheels and stance make all the difference in the World. Satisfied with the current OEM aero offerings, this NFR AP1 owner takes an upscale approach at fitment, 4 golden Work Meister S1s. Parkin’ lot pimpin’ mayneee

Apex Blue Pearl NSX
Probably mistaken for Laguna Seca Blue this NSX was one of the top cars to attend Import Alliance this past weekend. Mentioned in the title, Honda’s flagship vehicle takes the paint of its younger brother the S2000. Equipped with the finest selection of JDM parts including Sorcery widebody and work wheels, the NA1 NSX is revitalized from its early 90s appearance and brought up to speed.

Resurrected
In order for something to be considered dead in the automotive theatre the community must be exhausted of a trend so incredibly much that anyone who makes use of the trend is ostracized or criticized for their modifications. This was the suggestion of many in regards to the matte black paint scheme. These vehicle owners would say otherwise.

TJ! (Silent Dancer)
Whenever I read updates or look at pictures of SilentDancer’s S2000 the movie Just Friends come to mind. Often referred to by his first name, TJ, on the forums, my initial thoughts are always my girlfriend and then aggressive fitment. You’re probably thinking girlfriend, wtf?…People often suggests that my girlfriend reminds them of the character Samantha James played by Anna Faris in the movie, who at one point in the flick goes “TJ!!!!”
Taking on a new platform since his move to the Easy Coast, TJ substitutes his epic s2000 for something less common on US soil….. a S15!

The World Will Pardon My Mush
The video from Light & Logic Motion Pictures takes me prisoner as the slow motion and clever angles forbid any other thoughts to occur. The unique selection of audio goes well with the 240. I hope to see more videos from these people with some more action next time…
